shipping policy

We currently ship to destinations in the US, Canada, United Kingdom/Ireland, Australia, New Zealand and Mexico.

Destinations within the US: Shipping for all products is a flat rate of US $2.75 per shipment and shipping will be via USPS First Class Mail or UPS Ground service. Please note that we charge sales tax on all orders shipped to NY and IN.

All other destinations: Shipping for orders comprising 6 or fewer individual lip balms (excluding gift sets/multi-packs) or hand lotions - or any combination thereof - is a flat rate of US $15.00 per shipment.  Shipping for all other products is based on USPS Priority International weight-based rates and will be calculated during checkout.  It may take up to 2-4 weeks to receive international orders, depending on the destination.

All in-stock items are normally shipped from our warehouse the next business day.
